Our Impact

Our PeacePlayers Office of Organizational Learning is dedicated to monitoring and evaluating the impact of our work in uniting communities in conflict through sport. Two examples of important projects include:

Most Significant Change
Most Significant Change (MSC) is a monitoring and evaluation method commonly used to understand how change happens in complex programming contexts. From 2015-2016, PeacePlayers participants, coaches, staff, board members and other stakeholders took part in a global MSC project, sharing incredible stories of how PeacePlayers has impacted them. Randomized Control Trial
PeacePlayers is also currently the subject of a multi-year randomized control trial (RCT) study examining the impact of our program among participants in the Middle East. Conducted by independent researchers from New York University, this RCT is one of the first to rigorously test sport and peacebuilding methodologies in action.
