A worldwide leader in the use of sport to build a more peaceful world

This effort has never been more important. A global consensus is building around the idea that youth and conflict are at the nexus of today’s greatest developmental challenges. Surveying the literature on youth and conflict, one writer concluded: “Two poignant facts inform the field of youth in the conflict and post-conflict programming field: there are huge numbers of youth directly affected by war and relatively few programmatic responses that are widely known, evaluated, and available.” PPI is proud to have developed one “known, evaluated and available” response and we are passionate about our need to continue developing and sharing that response with others around the world.
