Bryan Franklin

Bryan joined PeacePlayers International as a Fellow in South Africa in April 2014. During his time there, he worked with local staff to re-launch the Leadership Development Program, diversify PPI’s partnership network in both funding and program delivery, and develop the organization’s program model and operating budgets.

Bryan originally hails from Denver, Colorado. He is a 2011 graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey where he played basketball for four years, captaining the team his senior year to the second best record in school history. After graduation, he went on to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA member at Rising Tide Capital (RTC) in Jersey City, NJ for two years, before being hired full time as the Development and Special Projects Coordinator.

As the PPI Program Coordinator, Bryan will work to help expand PPI’s Sport and Peace Innovation Network (SPIN) and the DC Leadership Development Program. Bryan will also be working part-time with The District Church, a local church in Columbia Heights, as the Community Outreach Leader.
